The project is a small village in St Neots with an entrance off the Great North Road running parallel with the A1. A mixture of 2, 3, 4 bedroom properties, driveways, garages and large garden areas.
The Great River Ouse runs along the east rear side of the site, throughout the construction phase all environmental considerations and legislation was adhered to.
