The project is a small village in St Neots with an entrance off the Great North Road running parallel with the A1. A mixture of 2, 3, 4 bedroom properties, driveways, garages and large garden areas.
The Great River Ouse runs along the east rear side of the site, throughout the construction phase all environmental considerations and legislation was adhered to.

About The Project
A FW Pump station 5 m deep and rising main running 600 linear metres to existing man hole within the highways, All main sewers running into this picking up plots. Concrete culvert running under bellmouth at entrance to the site. All SW system outfalls via hydro break chambers and into ponds, swales before releasing into existing stream.
