The project is a small village in St Neots with an entrance off the Great North Road running parallel with the A1. A mixture of 2, 3, 4 bedroom properties, driveways, garages and large garden areas.
The Great River Ouse runs along the east rear side of the site, throughout the construction phase all environmental considerations and legislation was adhered to.

All adoptable roads formed using fill material compacted in layers and vigorous testing up to formation using class 2 material, once highways approved sub base was then layed and compacted, Kerb race machine, all final dips and measurements with highways pre tarmac Cambridgeshire Highways.
