The project is a small village in St Neots with an entrance off the Great North Road running parallel with the A1. A mixture of 2, 3, 4 bedroom properties, driveways, garages and large garden areas.
The Great River Ouse runs along the east rear side of the site, throughout the construction phase all environmental considerations and legislation was adhered to.

About The Project
5m deep FW pump station and valve chamber installation, RC Foundation and starter bars which wrapped the chamber in an RC Concrete surround throughout the height. De watering throughout as depths were lower than the existing stream close by. Brick built valve chamber allowing for tanking to perimeter. All mechanical and electrical works by sub contractors.
